Training Model Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At the American Academy of Aesthetics, our training model appointments are scheduled specifically to support the hands-on education of our students. Each model slot is intentionally reserved to ensure students receive the required clinical experience during their training.

To respect our students’ time and education, the following policy applies to all training model appointments, including complimentary services:

• A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any appointment that is:
• Cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or
• Missed entirely (no-show)
• A credit card is required on file for all training model appointments, regardless of whether the service is complimentary
• The cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file if applicable

This policy helps:

• Ensure our students receive the hands-on training they have been scheduled and prepared for
• Hold appointment spots for individuals who are committed to attending
• Maintain fairness and professionalism within our educational programs
