After licensing the BHRC name, she launched BHRC Dallas in 2012, establishing it as the premier center for hormone replacement therapy and medical spa services in Texas.
Heather's influence extends well beyond her initial successes. She expanded her reach by opening five additional locations in Dallas and two Hollywood Med Spas in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, Arizona. These ventures collectively generated over $80 million in sales, achieving annual growth rates between 25% and 45% and a profit margin five times the industry average. Her strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence have solidified her national reputation as a trailblazer in the aesthetics field.
Before founding BHRC Dallas, Heather had an illustrious career in Los Angeles, hosting Adrenaline TV on FOX and ESPN, serving as a correspondent with the Phoenix Suns, and being a regular on Baywatch. Her journey into aesthetics began with Dr. Garth Fisher, famed for ABC's Extreme Makeover, where she worked closely with Hollywood's elite and royalty. Later, at Dr. Gary Motykie's practice, known for "Dr. 90210," Heather achieved a 75% increase in sales in just four months.
Heather's passion for the aesthetics industry led her back after a successful stint in product development as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a global medical and fitness company. At BHRC, she spearheaded a 2,000% surge in sales, transforming the center into Southern California's leading aesthetic clinic within a year. This remarkable achievement motivated Heather to launch her own practice in Dallas.
Heather's exceptional leadership has been recognized widely. In 2023, Heather strategically divested her ownership shares in BHRC Dallas to focus on the Phoenix Collaborative, a consulting firm specializing in launching, acquiring, and scaling companies in the dynamic medical spa industry. Lindsey Williams

Lindsey Williams, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a distinguished Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of nursing experience and more than a decade of expertise in medical aesthetics and wellness. She currently serves as the Accredited Provider Program Director, Lead Educator, and Chief Operating Officer of American Academy of Aesthetics, an ANCC-accredited provider of nursing continuing professional development, where she leads nationally recognized education for nurses and advanced practice providers.
Lindsey is certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) in hormone replacement therapy and anti-aging medicine, expanding her clinical scope across integrative wellness and aesthetic medicine. She is widely respected for her compassionate care, strong compliance standards, precision in technique, and unwavering commitment to patient safety—qualities that have earned her a reputation as a trusted master injector, hormone therapy provider, and educator.
Originally from Flower Mound, Texas, Lindsey began her nursing education at Brookhaven College and launched her career in 2008 as a Registered Nurse in the emergency department at Baylor All Saints Fort Worth. After relocating to Florida as a Navy wife, she balanced graduate school, motherhood, and her husband’s deployments while working in the ER and Trauma PACU at Baptist Downtown and UF Shands Jacksonville. Those formative years tested her resilience and solidified the determination that continues to define her personal and professional journey.
One of Lindsey’s proudest moments was graduating with her Nurse Practitioner degree from Jacksonville University, standing alongside her two young sons. After returning to Texas, she became board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and went on to spend a decade as a Nurse Practitioner at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center DFW/Texas. During that time, she earned more than 25 advanced certifications and licensures, including Allergan Master Expert Certification, Advanced Bellafill Injector, Sculptra, Radiesse, IV therapy, hair restoration, regenerative therapies, exosomes, stem-cell–based applications, and Professional Laser Safety Officer credentials. She was also recognized as a BellaDiamond Provider for excellence in long-lasting injectable treatments.
By late 2023, Lindsey’s leadership and clinical expertise led to her promotion as Lead Clinical Injector and Laser Clinical Liaison, where she oversaw provider training, protocol development, and clinical education across multiple locations. She played a pivotal role in developing advanced treatment protocols, spearheading education initiatives, and serving as a preceptor for new injectors and hormone therapy providers.
In recognition of her expertise and leadership, Lindsey has been selected as a speaker for the 2026 American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) National Conference. This national platform highlights her focus on evidence-based practice, risk mitigation, patient safety, and advanced clinical decision-making in aesthetic medicine.
Today, Lindsey channels her extensive clinical and educational experience into leading the American Academy of Aesthetics, where she is deeply committed to advancing nursing practice through ethical, accredited, and competency-based education. With over seven years of experience in the aesthetic medical device field, Erin has gained a profound understanding of the latest technologies and trends, empowering her to deliver high-impact solutions. As a former Marketing Executive at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, she refined her skills in blending strategic marketing initiatives with a client-centered approach, driving growth and building lasting relationships within the aesthetics industry.
Erin's career journey also reflects her diverse interests and dedication to teamwork. As a Dallas Stars Ice Girl, she demonstrated resilience, discipline, and collaboration—qualities that continue to guide her professional and personal endeavors. These experiences have shaped her leadership style, fostering a unique ability to inspire teams and create environments focused on shared success.
Educationally, Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Childhood Development/Pre-Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University and has pursued advanced studies at the School of Occupational Therapy. Her academic background reflects her lifelong passion for health, fitness, and wellness, all of which align with AAOA’s mission to cultivate holistic care and well-being in aesthetics. Outside of her career, Erin leads a fulfilling personal life as a wife and mother of four.
