Her impressive journey, marked by over a decade of executive experience and record-breaking sales, began at the distinguished Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center (BHRC) in Los Angeles. After licensing the BHRC name, she launched BHRC Dallas in 2012, establishing it as the premier center for hormone replacement therapy and medical spa services in Texas.
Heather's influence extends well beyond her initial successes. She expanded her reach by opening five additional locations in Dallas and two Hollywood Med Spas in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, Arizona. These ventures collectively generated over $80 million in sales, achieving annual growth rates between 25% and 45% and a profit margin five times the industry average. Her strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence have solidified her national reputation as a trailblazer in the aesthetics field.
Before founding BHRC Dallas, Heather had an illustrious career in Los Angeles, hosting Adrenaline TV on FOX and ESPN, serving as a correspondent with the Phoenix Suns, and being a regular on Baywatch. Her journey into aesthetics began with Dr. Garth Fisher, famed for ABC's Extreme Makeover, where she worked closely with Hollywood's elite and royalty. Later, at Dr. Gary Motykie's practice, known for "Dr. 90210," Heather achieved a 75% increase in sales in just four months.
Heather's passion for the aesthetics industry led her back after a successful stint in product development as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a global medical and fitness company. At BHRC, she spearheaded a 2,000% surge in sales, transforming the center into Southern California's leading aesthetic clinic within a year. This remarkable achievement motivated Heather to launch her own practice in Dallas.
Heather's exceptional leadership has been recognized widely. She has graced the cover of Living Magazine and earned numerous accolades, including top spots on "Best Of" lists and awards like #1 Medical Spa West, #1 Medical Spa Middle America, and #1 Hormone Therapy Center in America at Aesthetic Everything's Crystal Diamond Awards.
In 2023, Heather strategically divested her ownership shares in BHRC Dallas to focus on the Phoenix Collaborative, a consulting firm specializing in launching, acquiring, and scaling companies in the dynamic medical spa industry. Her dedication to the field continues with the founding of the American Academy of Aesthetics (AAOA), where she trains the next generation of leaders in aesthetics. Lindsey Williams

Lindsey Williams, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a distinguished Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of nursing experience and more than a decade of expertise in medical aesthetics and wellness. She currently serves as the Accredited Provider Program Director, Lead Educator, and Chief Operating Officer of American Academy of Aesthetics, an ANCC-accredited provider of nursing continuing professional development, where she leads nationally recognized education for nurses and advanced practice providers.
Lindsey is certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) in hormone replacement therapy and anti-aging medicine, expanding her clinical scope across integrative wellness and aesthetic medicine. She is widely respected for her compassionate care, strong compliance standards, precision in technique, and unwavering commitment to patient safety—qualities that have earned her a reputation as a trusted master injector, hormone therapy provider, and educator.
Originally from Flower Mound, Texas, Lindsey began her nursing education at Brookhaven College and launched her career in 2008 as a Registered Nurse in the emergency department at Baylor All Saints Fort Worth. After relocating to Florida as a Navy wife, she balanced graduate school, motherhood, and her husband’s deployments while working in the ER and Trauma PACU at Baptist Downtown and UF Shands Jacksonville. Those formative years tested her resilience and solidified the determination that continues to define her personal and professional journey.
One of Lindsey’s proudest moments was graduating with her Nurse Practitioner degree from Jacksonville University, standing alongside her two young sons. After returning to Texas, she became board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and went on to spend a decade as a Nurse Practitioner at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center DFW/Texas. During that time, she earned more than 25 advanced certifications and licensures, including Allergan Master Expert Certification, Advanced Bellafill Injector, Sculptra, Radiesse, IV therapy, hair restoration, regenerative therapies, exosomes, stem-cell–based applications, and Professional Laser Safety Officer credentials. She was also recognized as a BellaDiamond Provider for excellence in long-lasting injectable treatments.
By late 2023, Lindsey’s leadership and clinical expertise led to her promotion as Lead Clinical Injector and Laser Clinical Liaison, where she oversaw provider training, protocol development, and clinical education across multiple locations. She played a pivotal role in developing advanced treatment protocols, spearheading education initiatives, and serving as a preceptor for new injectors and hormone therapy providers.
In recognition of her expertise and leadership, Lindsey has been selected as a speaker for the 2026 American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) National Conference. This national platform highlights her focus on evidence-based practice, risk mitigation, patient safety, and advanced clinical decision-making in aesthetic medicine.
Today, Lindsey channels her extensive clinical and educational experience into leading the American Academy of Aesthetics, where she is deeply committed to advancing nursing practice through ethical, accredited, and competency-based education. Her mission is to empower students and clients through education rooted in integrity, thoroughness, respect, and collaboration—values that have earned her consistent five-star reviews and a loyal community of students and patients.

James Kadi, M.D.

Dr. Kadi's goal is to provide patients with the best Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery experience possible using the most up-to-date and modern treatments to meet their needs.
As an ASPS Member, Dr. Kadi has been performing Breast Augmentation, Breast Augmentation and Lift, Breast Reduction, Abdominoplasty, Massive Weight Loss Surgery, Brachioplasty, Thighplasty, Skin Growth Removal, and Keloid Removal for over 20 years.
Dr. Kadi performs all surgical procedures in accredited medical facilities, using only Board Certified Anesthesiologists. Hospital privileges include Denton Surgery Center and Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound.
Bio:
Dr. Kadi grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he attended Louisiana State University and was a member of the LSU football team. Upon graduation from LSU, he attended the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans and graduated with a Doctor of Dentistry degree in 1977. Upon completion, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry for two years and received a master's degree in Periodontics.
After practicing periodontics for five years in Baton Rouge, he returned to the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and graduated in 1989 with a Medical Doctor degree.
Dr. Kadi did two years of General Surgery at Methodist Hospital, located in Dallas, Texas. After completing the general surgical training in Dallas, he returned to New Orleans to complete Ear, Nose, and Throat /Head and Neck surgery training at Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans. He then completed his surgical training with a fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Case Western University Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1997. Dr. Kadi moved to North Texas shortly thereafter and has remained one of the top Plastic Surgeons in this area.
Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons in 1999, Dr. Kadi continues to practice here in Denton, Lewisville, and Flower Mound.
He is a proud parent of three boys and a long-time resident of North Texas.

With more than 15 years of experience in leadership, operations, and customer experience, Jay Diamandis plays a key role in shaping the elevated student experience at the American Academy of Aesthetics. As Operations Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the academy while ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism, innovation, and excellence the academy is known for.
Jay is passionate about helping students feel confident, supported, and empowered as they pursue careers in the rapidly growing aesthetics industry. His dedication to creating efficient systems, fostering positive relationships, and delivering exceptional experiences helps make the academy a place where education and opportunity thrive.
When he’s not at the academy, Jay enjoys fitness, travel, and exploring the latest developments in aesthetics, wellness, and personal growth.

Toni Duclottni-Harich is a globally recognized esthetician, cosmetic formulator, and advanced skincare educator renowned for her expertise in corrective aesthetics and Korean skincare innovation.
