Fulfillment Policy

At the American Academy of Aesthetics (AAOA), we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences both in person and online. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery and fulfillment of our services.
1. Course Enrollment and Access
In-Person Courses
- Upon payment and successful registration, students will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours.
- Course materials, schedules, and pre-class requirements will be provided via email or our student portal at least 7 days before the class start date.
- All classes are held at our facility located in Coppell, TX unless otherwise stated.
Online Courses
- Access to online courses is granted on the 1st date of the course post successful payment and enrollment.
- Students will receive a confirmation email with login credentials and course access instructions through our learning platform (https://americanacademyofaesthetics.learnworlds.com)
- Online course content is available 24/7, unless otherwise specified, for the duration of the enrollment period stated at the time of purchase.
2. Certificates of Completion
- Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course requirements and practical assessments (if applicable).
- Certificates are typically issued within 5 business days after course completion.
3. Product Fulfillment (if applicable)
- Any physical products (e.g., course materials, kits, or merchandise) will be shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping times may vary based on location. Tracking information will be provided via email.
4. Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers
- Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy located in the student enrollment form for detailed information.
- Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a different course date with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability and approval.

Student Complaints
If a student does not feel that the school has adequately addressed a complaint or concern, the student may consider contacting the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Career Schools and Colleges Division.
Students must first exhaust the institution’s grievance process before filing a complaint with the TWC.
